I am a traveler, I love to tell stories with which to make films. I am a great curious of what I don't know and I always like to experiment with new things. I love to eat and I am always ready for new flavors, but above all I am excited to cook for others. I have been cooking for years for friends, who still invite me to their house to have dinner together and for this reason I find myself leaving the house on time with my pan always ready to cook traditional Italian dishes. I am a great lover of Roman cuisine, from the first classics such as carbonara, amatriciana, gricia, cheese and pepper, garlic and oil and many others up to the preparation of second courses of meat and fish.
I really like kneading to make different types of pasta, gnocchi and ravioli experimenting with new flours, I try to remain faithful to the original recipes and to propose them to those interested in tasting our infinite and varied culinary tradition!
