You'll have dinner in a terrace all year around. During the Winter season part of the terrace is closed and wormed up by a fire place while in Summer it will be completely opened.
You will enjoy the parfum of the flowers from the terrace. The house is close to the magnificent park of Caffarella/Appia Antica and at a walking distance from San Giovanni Cathedral.

Formaggi stagionati con confettura di cipolle
(Seasoned cheese with home made onion jam)
During the Summer season, we will serve Panzanella instead of the seasoned cheese.
Ingredients for panzanella: bread, cherry tomatoes, red onions, oregano, basil, olive oil, vinegar and salt.
Orecchiette con verdure e pecorino
(Orecchiette, typical pasta from Apulia region, with vegetable and pecorino cheese)
Ingredients: orecchiette, aubergines, courgettes, red peppers, onion, thyme, bay leaves, marjoram, garlic, tomato sauce, pecorino cheese and salt.
Polpette di melanzane
Ingredients: aubergines, bread, potatoes, pecorino cheese, eggs, garlic and salt.
Crostata di amarene
(Home made tart with cherry jam)
During the Summer season we may serve Tiramisù.
Ingredients for Tiramisù: mascarpone cheese, sugar, eggs and savoiardi biscuits.
Vino della casa bianco o rosso a scelta.
